For community, family & the earth
Many of us long for intentional gatherings that help us embody the seasons, to live in a more connected way & honor the earth.
When we come together with intention to share our human hearts the way we've always done- through music, dance, seasonal crafts, shared meals, storytelling, and community ritual- healing happens.
In these ways we show up to celebrate the beauty of living in relationship with the earth and with one another in a reciprocity that anchors a more connected way of being for ourselves, our children and our children's children.

Flow Movement Gatherings

Monthly community movement space to move what is alive in you. Inspired by 5 rhythms, this is an opening to come listen to what your body wants to show you.
This is not about performing or even "dancing"- this is a sacred space for exploration of movement with yourself, in community.
All ages welcome (with the awareness that there will be cathartic movement & emotional releasing).
We do not dance with each other directly, but witness the collective field of what wants to move emerging through us whether that's grief, play, anger, joy, etc..
