I am here learning right alongside you what it means to steward resilient community together, no blueprints... except for what know inside. And what can hear from the earth's whispers, the plants, our ancestors wisdom and the lineage keepers who remain on Earth.

As a mama, beauty bringer, facilitator, community tender, threshold guide and healer, it is my heart vision- especially in these unraveling times- to steward spaces and facilitate experiences that humanize, deepen and connect us....

 

the ways of moving, dancing, crafting, being, emoting, singing and making art through the waves of life- the way humans always have done. ​

 My ancestral lineage descends from Scottish/Irish, English/Germanic and Norse peoples & I am continually learning what it means to be remembering these lost connections, through explorations of my own aliveness, prayers, craft and song.

 

As a beauty bringer,  I express my love for life by singing, writing poems, creating ritual, communing with nature, gathering with those I love, moving my body, deep laughter, exploring and making things with my hands.

My north star vision is one where we are all more connected, less isolated and  have opportunities to root into soul, give back to our Earth and tend our bodies well.

​

For many of us, our problems are not pathologies though western/capitalist/colonialist paradigms would have us believing so. Many of our anxieties, fears, depressions are symptoms of a disconnected way of living.

 

There are definitely times clinical therapy is vital, and I am a full believer in getting support you need.

I'm also a firm believer that the pathways of community connection, co-regulation and co-evolution are just as vital.
