About the event
Together we move through music, rhythm, and imagination—sometimes playful, sometimes quiet, sometimes powerful. Facilitators offer gentle prompts.
We practice listening to our bodies, exploring our edges with kindness, and discovering what becomes possible when movement is shared in community.
Any ages welcome, as long as participants can be self contained, and honor emotional currents that are present.
