I work with women laterally, as a sister, auntie or guide. For the times when what you're needing is not quite therapy, but something different.
Something rooted in ritual, earth-connection and soulful expression.
I see who you are, your archetypal patterns and help you find a honed access to your inner rivers of knowing. To continue to deepen to your relationship to yourself as a holder of ritual, and co-creatrix of your life's myth.
Ritual, embodiment, creative exploration and self-inquiry as a foundation to expanding your range of full aliveness. Together we tend the thresholds too, grief, loss, mothering, birth and death.

I (Shea) work with women laterally, as a sister, auntie or guide. For the times when what you're needing is not quite therapy...but you need a different kind of support. I hold training & experience in somatic work, heart coherence, non-violent communication, and archetypal (parts) work.
If you are wanting guidance rooted in ritual, earth-connection and soulful expression,

The way I percieve & channel:
I can see the fullness of you, I see your gifts and innocence and I help you uncover the archetypal shadow patterns that are ready to be integrated. This excavation can lead you into a your inner rivers of much deeper knowing.

I am bringing 15+ years of experience as a mentor and emotion guide (for both adults, children and teens) into these sessions. As well as my experience as a human and a parent.
I offer a spaciously and courageously held, container exploration of Self, spirit and how the creative expression of you wants to come forward as you move through the fertile, liminal ground of life.
Wayfinding as in... your heart knows the way.
